Our Creative Process

At Luminism, every project begins with understanding your goals. Whether you want to increase visitor numbers, create a landmark attraction or deliver a one-night spectacle, we tailor our creative approach accordingly.

Our process starts with concept development and visualisation, where ideas are shaped into compelling creative narratives and immersive designs. Our project managers and designers will visit your location to get a full and detailed understanding of the space from both a creative and operational perspective. From there, our team moves into detailed technical design and engineering, ensuring each installation is both visually striking and structurally sound. We then handle fabrication and testing in-house, allowing us to maintain quality and refine every detail before installation.

On site, we manage installation and live delivery, overseeing logistics, programming and technical operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Once the event or installation concludes, we take care of de-rig and storage, providing a complete end-to-end service that guarantees consistency, reliability and creative excellence across every project.

We are one of the only UK based companies in this field who own and operate all the equipment we design and provide. This allows our teams to have a deeper understanding of the technical capabilities and push creative boundaries. Our team is made up of 40 project managers, lighting designers and technicians, all working from our 20,000sqft warehouse and office space in Wokingham, Berkshire.
